Vegan Nights - The Big V Party
There are plenty of amazing vegan events in London, but one that started early in 2017 is growing in popularity every time it is on. The event itself is called Vegan Nights and plays host to a big mix of all things vegan, including food, drinks and live music. The event has now had its third night at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane Shoreditch if you haven’t been to Brick Lane before it is one place you need to visit as a vegan in London. It is packed with great food stalls on the weekends and was a great choice for Vegan Nights. The brewery itself is just like a big hall, but in addition, has the added bonus of an outdoor seating area and dancehall from the nightclub next door.
The décor and food for Vegan Nights volume three had a Christmas theme, with candy canes and garlands on the walls and a big balloon sign saying Happy Vegmas, which got you into the spirit of things, as for the food, there was plenty on offer from some of London’s most popular places including Temple of Seitan, What the Pitta and Cook Daily , all of which tended to have themed food. Temple of Seitan offered a festive bagel, a mix of Chick’n, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Besides the food, you also had clothing stalls and a built-in bar which was offering up classic vegan beers, wines and cocktails, which included some festive choices like the Winter warmer which was made with Havana Club, ginger beer, cinnamon, lime and allspice, there was plenty of choice for everyone.
So you haven’t been before then it is a must on your vegan list for 2018. It can get very busy so the earlier you go the better. You can check out more information on the events Facebook page. Just search Vegan Nights London.
