Rubys of London have a made a name for themselves with their
award winning loaves , cupcakes, slices and desserts, Ruby’s are dedicated to
producing high quality products using only the finest ingredients and making
products taste as delicious as they look and they really do look delicious, you
take one look at the stall and you wanna eat everything, ruby believes that the
most important thing is the element of it being made by hand, it is central to
the companies ethos.
Rubys have been scene across london at events and festivals
including the Bafta members club, real food events and thames festival, we
decided to take a walk down to their stall at the great Greenwich markets, they
have a great selection of cakes and treats on offer, we choose these two
cupcakes , one being lavender, a favourite of mine and we also choose piasecho
, iam not the biggest fan of cupcakes , but we had heard such great things , we
thought we would see what all the fuss was about, and well we can tell you it
was worth the fuss, the cakes where heavenly, with a rich flavour that is
balanced nicely and not overly sweet, a soft cream and beautiful baked base, it
all fits together perfect.
