Little gem in the Tower Hamlets located on Romans Road opposite the market street. Small, characterful, quaint quirky and unique space that combines a cafe, health foods shop and clothes shop. Peacefull and friendly atmosphere with lots of things to read and look at including art work, educational books, leaflets and posters. Community feel to the cafe.

We like to see a little passion behind a company and this place most certainly has that. It was a pleasure to speak to the founder, chef, front of house and manager and learn a little about her background in health and raw foods. Happy to advice and explain options on the menu as well as talk all things health and advice/inform on any questions surrounding raw veganism and superfoods. Friendly, helpful and welcoming.

90% organic produce and pretty much entirely freshly made on site excluding two of the bread options. All nut milks, desserts, raw and hot dishes are made by hand on site using the best ingredients. Unique and interesting options available as well as your classic soups and breads so there is a range for everyone to enjoy. The green juice was generously portioned fresh, zingy and tasty, the soup was hot and hearty with chunky crusty bread to accompany. The desserts were beautiful and scrumptious, the stand out for me being the raw chocolate torte; deliciously light and mousse like it was a lovely way to end a delicious lunch.
Unique little community feel cafe with brilliant, nutritious food skilfully made and well presented. I really interesting place to pop into and spend a little time reading, chatting and eating great food.
They also hold events and gathering, including a weekly Sunday Lunch so watch the space for the review on that one...
