Small community cafe located out of the city center in Honor Oak. Interesting decor with a homemade, personal feel and informative posters, books and leaflets dotted around the eatery to read and look at as you eat or wait for your food.

Staff were lovely and attentive, their passion for healthy good food was evident immediately. Clearly knowledgeable about the food and drink they were serving, they were happy to explain the menu as well as personalize drinks and dishes to suit your dietary needs.

Ever evolving menu with a Jamaican influence. Raw and wheat free options available completely vegan cafe extremely well priced. We had a green juice with added spirulina which was generously portioned and tasted great. For our main course we ordered a rainbow platter to share. We found this a little lacking; the flavors and textures were not as fresh and pleasant as we had hoped. It appeared to be somewhat of a mesh of leftovers from main courses in the kitchen. This could have been case of bad ordering on our part, however we were informed on arrival there was a limited menu on the day we went. There is certainly the promise of some great food at Love Gift Vegan however we don't feel we sampled the best of it. In the future we may return to try again as they grow and evolve and will be sure to order a specific main meal from the menu rather than the platter.
Great potential for this cafe to be gem in the South East of London, really well priced and lovely staff. The food we ordered was a lacking however the drinks were fantastic and it has the prospect of some great vegan food being available as the cafe evolves.
